Scrotum
A dual-chambered protuberance of skin and muscle, containing the testicles and divided by a septum. It is an extension of the perineum, and is located between the penis and anus. In humans and some other mammals, the scrotum becomes covered with curly pubic hairs at puberty. The scrotum is homologous to the labia majora in females. The scrotum may be informally or colloquially referred to as the ballsack or ballbag.
Sebaceous glands The sebaceous glands are microscopic glands in the skin that secrete an oily/waxy matter, called sebum, to lubricate and waterproof the skin and hair of mammals. In humans, they are found in greatest abundance on the face and scalp, though they are distributed throughout all skin sites except the palms and soles. There are several related medical conditions, including acne, sebaceous cysts, hyperplasia, sebaceous adenoma and sebaceous gland carcinoma.
Sebum is clearly visible in the form of small white bumps on balls, penis, glans, foreskin or labia. These white bumps are a normal part of the skin and do not pull away. Sometimes it may be located at the end of the hair follicle forming a plug with which the hair follicle is closed. Because the sebum production continues then a pimple forms. These can be expressed (with the risk that the inflammation than it gets worse than before), but it can also automatically split open, allowing the pus coming out. Over time, the inflammation pulls away (like pimples on your face or your back).

Sexual Abuse
Sexual abuse or sexual violence includes all sexual acts that are being forced to perform, to undergo or witness. For example, someone forced to sexually satisfy themselves for someone to undress, be touched in a body orifice or be invaded.
Forced sometimes means that a person physically overwhelmed or threatened, such as sexual assault or rape. But a situation can be perceived as coercive or if afraid someone is dependent on another.
The offender is referred to as a sexual abuser or (often pejoratively) molester. The term also covers any behavior by any adult towards a child to stimulate either the adult or child sexually. When the victim is younger than the age of consent, it is referred to as child sexual abuse.
There are many types of sexual abuse, including:
- Non-consensual, forced physical sexual behavior (rape and sexual assault).
- Unwanted touching, either of a child or an adult.
- Sexual kissing, fondling, exposure of genitalia, and voyeurism, exhibitionism and up to sexual assault.
- Exposing a child to pornography.
- Saying sexually suggestive statements towards a child (child molestation).
- Also applies to non-consensual verbal sexual demands towards an adult.
- The use of a position of trust to compel otherwise unwanted sexual activity without physical force (or can lead to attempted rape or sexual assault).
- Incest (see also sexual deviancy).
- Certain forms of sexual harassment.

Sexual Problems
Actually all the problems from fights to erectile dysfunction, to vaginismus. Find help in time and do not hope it will somehow pass away on itself. Of course, that some things may so but that is only a small part.
Sexual Addiction
Sex addiction is shunned by the DSM-IV as addiction. Last year (2011) however, I wrote about why it should be seen as an addiction. In due time I will make sure that this is also going to come online. In short: if you're thinking about or having sex so othen that it is at the expense of the rest of your life, like school/work, social obligations, finance etc., when you can't stop no matter how much the negative things dominate and when you actually have withdrawal symptoms when you don't get any sexual thing, you've probably got a sex addiction.
Smagma
In women: The accumulation of sebum combined with dead skin cells forms smegma. Smegma clitoridis is defined as the secretion of the apocrine glands of the clitoris, in combination with desquamating epithelial cells. Glands that are located around the clitoris and the vulva majoris secrete sebum. Contaminated, and retained smegma (smegmaliths) usually disappear when the cause is removed.
In men: Smegma can accumulate on a penis. In males, smegma helps keep the glans moist and facilitates sexual intercourse by acting as a lubricant.
STD (Sexually transmitted disease)
Formerly known as venereal disease is a disease that is transmitted primarily through sexual contact (usually sexual intercourse, oral sex or anal sex).
The pathogen of an STD, for example, may be found in the mucus of the vagina, or in the semen or behind the foreskin. When contact is made with a partner, the pathogen can be transferred. This is sometimes a wound required at the receiver, but that is not always the case. Many STDs are also transferable or otherwise, for example by intravenous drug use, intimate but not sexual contact or by blood transfusions. For more about STD's read my blog.
