PC-Muscles
The Pubococcygeus muscle controls urine flow and contracts during orgasm. It also aids in urinary control and childbirth as well as core stability.
A strong pubococcygeus muscle has also been linked to a reduction in urinary incontinence and proper positioning of the baby's head during childbirth. You can also train them in so you will be able to milk the penis with them.

Paraphimosis
Parafimose is a disease of the penis where the foreskin is pushed over the glands and can’t be pushed back. The circulation through the skin decreases after which a painful swelling will occur. Prolonged parafimose can lead to necrosis of the foreskin.
This condition is also called Spanish collar, because the shape of the foreskin resembles the collar of the uniform of medieval Spanish officials.

Pearly penile papules (pearl necklace)
Pearl or pearly penile papules (also known as P3 or divina corona) are small, conical papillae, which occur in some men to a greater or lesser extent at the base of the glands occur. Penis Problems
Himosis: A too narrow foreskin that you can’t stretch.
Hypospadias: This ends the urethra not in the usual place, but on the glands rim or on the shaft of the penis.
Micro Penis: A penis that is smaller than 3.8 cm limp or 7cm stiff.
Narrow foreskin: The foreskin can’t be pushed over the head of the penis.
Priapism: A persistent erection while you are not excited. See under.
Smagma: A white, odorless sebum around the glands, if it is not removed it can turn gray-green in color and start to smell and cause infections.

Penis Pump
A penis pump, also known as vacuum pump, is a hard plastic tube in which the penis can be inserted. The tube is then evacuated of all air with a pump, causing extra blood to flow the penis and an erection is obtained, or an existing erection is intensified. The erection may, after the removal of the tube be retained by an elastic ring (Cockring) around base of the peni, which prevents the blood from flowing back.
On the Internet, the pump is also touted as a device to elongate the penis, this effect has not been proven.

Penis Thickening
This is a kind of breast enlargement for the penis. Fat isremoved from other places in the body and injected into the penis. To date this still hasn’t developed really far so you get an uneven distribution of nodules and the like.

The sensitive skin between the anus and scrotum.

Pessary
A female-to-use object that is inserted into the vagina as a contraceptive or to relieve symptoms of prolapse or incontinence. The latter practice is very common; diaphragms for contraception in the Netherlands are no longer used.

Pheromones
A secreted or excreted chemical factor that triggers a social response in members of the same species. Pheromones are chemicals capable of acting outside the body of the secreting individual to impact the behavior of the receiving individual. There are alarm pheromones, food trail pheromones, sex pheromones, and many others that affect behavior or physiology. Their use among insects has been particularly well documented. In addition, some vertebrates and plants communicate by using pheromones.

PMS
Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) is a group of signs or symptoms occur in some women just before menstruation. Approximately 4% of all women between 15 and 45 years suffer from PMS, but this rate is closely related to the criteria: there is no clear delineation between PMS natural and normal behavior, and each one draws that line between normal and abnormal is necessarily arbitrary. The syndrome does not have to occur throughout the entire fertile period, it is also possible that it occurs after the thirtieth year of life or after having children.
The main physical symptoms associated with PMS are crying (without depression), dizziness, palpitations, headache, skin tightness, abdominal pain, swollen breasts. Psychologically, the woman may suffer from anxiety, depression, nervousness, irritability and aggression.

Porn
The viewing of human sexual behavior with the aim to create sexual arousal. Pregnancy Symptoms

Headache and tiredness, painful breasts and being nauseous. But also an increased perception or odor and taste can be symptoms of a starting pregnancy.
Trough the development of the pregnancy one can get hemmorhoids, blatter infections or pelvic pain. Painful boobs can also still be a symptom. At the end of the pregnancy stretchmarks occur due to the weight gaining of the pregnancy.

Premature ejaculation
One speaks of Ejaculatio praecox or premature ejaculation when the man has the orgasm sooner that he or his partner wishes. Mostly happening fast after the first penetration, sometimes even before. Mostly the orgasm isn't that intents. This can also happen after a time without sexual intercourse or in case of a narrow foreskin.

Preservative
Contracention. A umbrella term for techniques preventing a pregnancy. One tries to prevent the ovum and sperm from getting near each other after sexual intercourse or prevent the ovum from nestling.

Priapism
Having a very prolonged erection of the penis, even if the person is not sexually aroused. Priapism can be caused by various diseases and disorders, the most common leukemia and sickle cell anemia. Also different types of drugs can cause priapism, including penile injections for erectile dysfunction and antidepressants. In addition, overuse of certain (aphrodisiac) substances, such cantharidine, may have priapism as a result.

Progesterone
Progesterone is a sex hormone that is produced by the corpus luteum (yellow body in the ovary) in the second phase (luteal phase) of the menstrual cycle and in larger amounts by the placenta during pregnancy. Progesterone is also produced during the synthesis of steroid hormones in the adrenal cortex in both women and men. Significant amounts of progesterone, however are found only in women.
Another name for this hormone is luteumhormoon corpus.

Prostate
A gland in males that is located just under the bladder surrounding the urethra and next to the rectum. The prostate produces a number of adjuvants that are added to the semen. The prostate gland prevents by contraction that sperm flows into the bladder.

PSAS
People with Persistent sexual arousal syndrome (PSAS) Feel excited constantly which has noting to do witg love or lust or genital stimulation. It´s or there constantly or comes up several times a day and only in women. This feeling can last up to a week. An orgasm can only enlighten the tension for a little while. In later stadium one can´t reach an orgasm anymore and the tension endures. Working is mostly impossible, focussing is to hard, shopping or even driving a car can be impossible.
Most patients are between 40 and 65 years old, but it can happen to older or younger women as well. It has nothing to do with hyper-sexuality. It´s a very rare disease and one suspects that many who have the illness are not seeing there GP out of shame. The cause is unknown.
