Oral sex
Stimulating the genitals with your mouth, on men it's called Fellatio, giving blowjobs, sucking cock. For tips on that see here. On Women it's called cunnilingus, eating pussy, licking pussy, going down on her. Learning how to lick pussy here. On the anus it's called anilingus, ass licking, rimming.

Orgasm
Also called climax or coming, is the final result of a physical and mental sexual stimulation, by both male and female sex is experienced. The ultimate pleasure that is felt during orgasm is an incentive to have sexual intercourse, and reproduction.
Male orgasm: Fast rhythmic contraction of the prostate and the muscles at the base of the penis. The orgasm usually takes between 3 and 10 seconds. It is usually but not always, a very great pleasure.
Warning signs of an approaching orgasm in men are swelling of the testes, and raising high the testes in the scrotum. After an orgasm a man needs a rest before a new peak can be established. This rest period may, depending on the person and his age, range from minutes to more than half an hour.
Female orgasm: Stimulation of the clitoris and no vaginal penetration which can be used to boost a more intense orgasm. In addition, a woman can also reach an orgasm through vaginal stimulation (penetration) or through G-spot stimulation, which leads some women to squirt.
Before a woman has an orgasm she becomes wet and the clitoris swells due increasing blood flow into the spongy tissue of the clitoris. Some women turn red over a large part of the body before orgasming, due to the increasing flow of blood from the skin. When a woman comes close to an orgasm, the clitoris disappears in a fold of skin and the labia minora get darker in color. At the beginning of the orgasm the vagina takes 30% off in size, and is also highly vascularised. The uterus and the muscles contract rhythmically during orgasm. After the orgasm is over, the clitoris reappears and takes 10 minutes to get to its normal level again. Some women don't need to rest as men do, and can quickly reach new orgasms if the stimulation continues.

Orgasm (too soon)
See premature ejaculation.

Orgasmic platform
The orgasmic platform is the reaction of the vagina during sexual arousal. The opening of the vagina gets 30% or more less open. This constriction occurs during the plateau phase of sexual response. The plateau phase is the time you get very excited, when you're on your way to orgasm. How long this phase lasts is different for everyone and can be experienced differently every time. Girls often quit too early to stimulate the clitoris during this stage because they no longer feel the excitement rising very fast.
The vagina gets wider ...
The upper part of the vagina (that part which is connected with the uterus) is wider, the vaginal opening is narrower. The uterus is removed, as it were pulled up (the "tent" effect) and takes into the vagina, which thereby becomes longer. Because the vagina is narrowed, the penis during intercourse gets sucked in more. Both the penis and the vaginal are thus greatly stimulated. It may take 5 to 10 minutes after the orgasm before the uterus gets back into the old position again.

Ovaries
The ovary is an ovum-producing reproductive organ, often found in pairs as part of the vertebrate female reproductive system. Ovaries in female individuals are analogous to testes in male individuals, in that they are both gonads and endocrine glands.

Oviducts
Oviducts (also called fallopian tube) is a part of the genitals of women. It is a funnel-shaped body which, with the broad end of the ovaries round bends, and with the small end comes out in the uterus.
The function of the fallopian tube is to transport the egg or embryo to the uterus. The epithelial cells which cover the surface of the fallopian tube, have cilia that the egg or embryo to the uterine cavity of moving. In the fallopian tube fertilization can occur.

Ovum
An ovum (plural ova, from the Latin word ovum meaning egg or egg cell) is a haploid female reproductive cell or gamete. Both animals and embryophytes have ova.
In the viviparous animals (which include humans and all other placental mammals), the ovum is fertilized inside the female body and the embryo then develops inside the uterus, receiving nutrition directly from the mother.
The human ova grow from primitive germ cells that are embedded in the substance of the ovaries. Each of them divides repeatedly to give rise to several smaller cells, the oogonia. The oogonia then develop via meiosis into the ova, the primary oocytes, and the polar bodies.
The ovum is one of the largest cells in the human body, typically visible to the naked eye without the aid of a microscope or other magnification device. The human ovum measures approximately 0.12 mm in diameter.

Oxytocin
Oxytocin is best known for its roles in sexual reproduction, in particular during and after childbirth. It is released in large amounts after distension of the cervix and uterus during labor, facilitating birth, and after stimulation of the nipples, facilitating breastfeeding.
Recent studies have begun to investigate oxytocin's role in various behaviors, including orgasm, social recognition, pair bonding, anxiety, and maternal behaviors. For this reason, it is sometimes referred to as the "love hormone." The inability to secrete oxytocin and feel empathy is linked to sociopathy, psychopathy, narcissism and general manipulativeness.
