A thight and healthy body needs exercising, healthy food and rest, possibly supported by supplements. I have a few guys who know everything about this and to whom I will introduce you soon ;)
Anyway, I found about 100 tips to loose weight trough your eating pattern. I wont post them all at once because, as you know, I have my exams and need to spend time on them aswell.. For now part 1, the first 25 tips!
One last note, the tips are in random order, so 38 is as relevant as 69. Don't try to remember all of them but find the ones that suit you most.

Buy mostly fresh or frozen vegetables. The ones in cans contain a lot of Sodium which causes you to 'blow up' or 'swell up' because of the chemicals. Learn to read and interpret labels of foodproducts. Make sure it tells you: The size of the portion, the amount of portions a package, the maximum amount of portions a day and the Kcal worth, the amount of protein, carbs, fat and Sodium.

If you keep loosing weight and performed well, treat yourself to something non-food. Buy the book you wanted for a long time, go see a movie (don't buy candy), buy new clothes or whatever you like and is not eat-able.

Don't eat or drink while driving your car or anything like that. Apples excluded.

Don't eat or drink while you're watching TV or listening to music. You shouldn't get distracted when you are eating.

Avoid sleeping after eating. Try to have some movement, in or outside. Go for a walk instead of sitting in front of the TV. Keep a log of your sportivities, even if it's just a walk around the block. You will get used to this very easy which is exactly the point. In case you didn't do anything all day write 'NO' in your log.

Keep your favourites out of the door. Tell your family snacking is not allowed anymore in your house unless it's candy you really hate. Sow only buy candy you don't like.

In case you want some sweets and cool, take a ice water shape and fill it with sugarfree syrup. Ban ice-cream from your freezer.

If you want a cooled drink, put a cup of orangejuice in the freezer until it's almost frozen. Mix it and you have a healty, cool thirst quencher.

Don't go hungry to the stores. Studies show that's makes you buy more bad stuff. Use a list to avoid unnecessary purchases. Buy only non-listed things if it's a really good healthy offer.

Freeze left overs or throw them away, don't quickly eat them before sleeping. Food that makes you gain weight easily has be thrown away!

For every meal you are going to eat you have to set the table as follow: A tablecloth, plate, knife, fork, spoon and napkin. The thing is, you have to do it before eating anything, for bread, and dinner, but also chips or a chocolate bar, at any time of the day. Chocolate doesn't sound that appealing anymore now, right?

Avoid snacks in bite-size like peanuts, chips, cheese or other partysnacks. You will eat more of these little bitches than you planned to..

Alcohol is your villain. Not only does it help you forget you're trying to loose weight, it also converts food into fat more fast and slows down the fatburning from your body.

Go to a restaurant and look at the fat people there, Get in the skin of a nutritionist. In what way are these people eating, fast or slowly? Are they tasting their food or eating to get a certain amount? Do you look like that when you are eating? Do you want to look like that?

Put a mirror in front of you at your dining table. Look at how you look when you are eating. Do you like it or do you notice disgusting habits?

Use children's cutlery and a breakfast-plate. Specially if you cut your meat in small pieces it will look like you have a whole lot more.

Try eating with Chinese chopsticks. Eating everything with them will make you loose weight. Can you imagine eating peanuts or chips or a chocolatebar with them? Smoking and drinking is only possible with hollow sticks. Water excluded.

Take a salad or bowl of soup before every meal excluded breakfast. Eat slowly, use the children's cutlery or sticks (soup not with sticks). The slow eating is to fool your mind/brain. It takes 20minutes before your stomach signals your brain that the hunger can go. Green salad with vinegar stimulates your digestion. Take the time during you dinner. You need to make these 20minutes. Also a glass of water before the meal can help you take away the (worst) hunger.

The tip with the children's cutlery is also to fool your mind. You are still eating the same plate-amount compared to a normal plate but the real portion is smaller. And because it takes you longer it takes the same time as a normal portion. Sounds simple, but it works.

If you are invited to a party, ask the hostess for her cooperation in your fight against the fat. Everybody will be prepared to eat some more vegetables or fresh fruits but give her some tips before, which you find on the internet.

Attend a party later and leave more early. This makes you wont have to stand the temptations that long. I any case try to be as far away from the snack table as possible. As drink you choose water or fruit juice. Think green Spa, tonic and Ginger-ale contain at least 66k and 10%sugar.

In case you are working somewhere where it's usual to lunch outdoors try light things like salads and other more healthy stuff. Be careful with the sauce you put on the salad, best is none.

Besides that, muscles are more heavy than fat, so not every weightgaining is wrong.

Delay techniques are the best methods to tackle eating impulses. As in point 25 you will bring the delay. It goes like this: Use a kitchen timer that puts you in ten minutes at the moment you get an eat-impuls while it's still not time to eat. Think in these minutes about how much you need tot eat now before the normal meal. Or search in those ten minutes, another recreation not to eat reminiscent.

Write everything you eat in a diary, what you felt when you ate and with who you were. Check this after a week or two to see what or who makes you eat. It's better to be warned..

Eat only in 1 place like the kitchen table. This prevents mindless eating on the phone or in front of the TV. Automatically eating is a real fattener and therefore enemy nr.1.
